Are Marks really important?

 

Hi guys,

A warm welcome to each and every of you to my website where you can read my latest blogs and also explore my other services.
Hope all of you are safe with your family in this tough time, Take care of yourself and others.

So let’s talk about our today’s topic, this time was formerly defined as the time for summer vacation to end and the classes resume with full efficiency for the half yearly examination for all students after a long term of vacation.
But, this year everything changed, the examinations, vacation plans & the results.
Students upto 9th class seemed not lucky to get their actual report of the last class as the results, all have been promoted equally.
Also, the matriculation and intermediate results got delayed due to this pandemic and, in the july month the results are publishing. So many students are under a lot of pressure to get good marks, but what if they won’t get good marks, they may be depressed, and due to the fear of being scolded and shamed by parents, they even think of ending themselves and face anyone.
So, Are marks really important, even more than anyone’s life??
Let’s find it out in this blog.
 
This year, the 2020 has taught us many things that we were thinking wrong about, Like Weddings need a huge gatherings, Being at home daily is cool and enjoying, Results are really important.
Coming to the third thought, “Results are really important”, Is this true, and if so WHY?
I let you to answer this question in the end of this blog.
So, As we have seen that all the students except, 10th & 12th and final year of higher courses have been promoted to next class without exams.
It clearly shows that exams are just a process to judge you that you are worthy to go to the next class or not. It is definitely not a panel/platform to compete and being the best in it.
If you got more marks than other, it only means that You are just good at exams, That’s it!!
It not shows all your knowledge or skills, because knowledge is what you utilise for your daily needs and in your future plans.
So, if you just got passed, be Happy with it & if you get failed, then try hard next time because you got failed as you are not worthy to go to the next class. If you get promoted by other’s help, then you will get weaker and weaker in the next classes as well and you cannot be the best of you in your life. 
Some are good at exams, while some are good at Life
U decide, which one is you?
There is nothing to be desperate or depressed about being failed, its just your actions’ result, So you have to accept it. Never think that how can you face your parents or friends due to have less marks, Dude, You are way more important than the marks…
Just promise yourself that from that day, you will induce your performance, understand your faults & do your best to get knowledge and also to pass the exam.

Just gain knowledge, learn skills and then Go ahead, I bet you will conquer your dream for sure.

So, besides passing the exams, there lies a process of learning which is very important, but many of us forget to do. And the result is in front of us, We can see thousands of graduates and post graduates are searching for job, even at low salaries and posts.

No one can provide jobs to all those according to their academic certificates, because they have not the skills and knowledge for the higher posts. And, also we discussed about the unemployment and its solution in my previous blog. If you have not read till now, Read it here.
 
Everything of our future decides during our primary education in our school life. From there only, our character and future starts building with our acts and deeds.
If you not did right, this is not too late. So, start building you now for the better of youself.
Being late is not bad, but being wrong is!!
You must have read a phrase “जब जागो तभी सवेरा।।”. So, start building yourself today…
 
Now, I think you can answer the question in the title, “Are marks really important?”

Unemployment- Any solution ?

Hello guyzz,

I’m back to my blogsite after a long interval, Actually i couldn’t make me so free to write a blog.
But i used to think of many ideas and i got this one, what i think is very important to share with you all.

Main apne blogs me Hinglish use krta hu, taaki sblog smjh sake, but if anyone think ki proper English me honi chahiye, then I’ll write one in English too.
So, Today we’ll talk about
Unemployment-


Yes, And I’m damn sure that my viewers are pretty intelligent to understand the word and its meaning, but do we really understand its causes, Akhir ye hota kyuun hai?
There are some people who think that causes for Unemployment are like, “Govt jobs kam aana, ya Job oppurtunities kam hona”.


Lekin sirf Govt ko point karne se nai hoga, kyunki hmsb jante hai ki hmare country INDIA me itni youth population hai ki sbko job dena possible hi nai hai, Utne jobs to America ya China jaise desh me bhi nai h…
To aakhir wo log kaise handle krte hai is problem ko, kyunki population to rapidly increase ho rhi h, and jobs to limited hai.
Actually, main ek baat bta du Log unemployed hote nai h, sirf smjhte hai khud ko kyunki wo kuch new try nai krte hai, Dare nai krte h kuch krne ka, bs bheed me pare rhte hai.
Job lene ka passion hai to lo, agr nai ho pa rha h to dusre ko point krne se ki seats kam the ya kuch aur, koi fayda nai h…
Tum bahut kuch kar skte ho, bs sochna hai ar krna hai…
Achha Chalo,
Ek example se samjhne ka try krte hai,

Suppose ek Company hai jaha 5 vacancies hai, aur uske liye 10 aspirants ne apply kiya.
Ab wha job to 5 logon ko hi milegi, means 5 log unemployed smjhenge khud ko.
But agr un 5 me se ek smjhdaar bande ne apna dimag lagaya, ar ek dusre bande ke saath milkr ek startup krta hai. To ab sirf 3 log unemployed bach gye.
Ab kisi startup ko run krne ke liye promotion aur marketing to chahiye hi, to un 3 bande, jo khud ko unemployed smjh rhe the, in dono ne unhe apne startup me as employees rkh liya.

To ab kitne log unemployed bache???

Achha lg rha hoga sunne me, hai na!!

Same yhi mentality developed countries me ya fir smjhdaar log rkhte hai.

Don’t be Job-seeker, Be a Job-creator!!

 Its okk ki Job oppurtunities nahi aa rhe utne, but hm Youth hai, Hum Job oppurtunities create krne lage na to INDIA hi kya dusre countries se bhi log aaenge hmare pass Job krne.

Ab sawaal ye hai ki start-up kaise ki jae, job create kaise ki jae!!
Job create aap tbhi kr skte ho jb aapke pass ek Idea ho, jisse baaki log influence ho, unhe jb aapke idea ki jrurt hogi tb aapki demand badhegi, aur tb aap aur logon ko HIRE kr skte hai.

But early stage pr yhi sochna hoga ki, Job pr dependent nai bane hm, balki khud ke skills ko pehchaaane, kuch seekhe.

Mere pehle ke blogs me bhi ye maine btaya tha ki Ek skilled person ko Job ki jrurt nai h, Wo self-create kr skta hai.

Aur agr koi apne skills ya apne shauk ko hi apna profession banale tb kitni achhi baat hogi.
Apne shauk bhi pure ho rhe h aur Success bhi hogi aapke pass.

Kuch bhi, Singing, Dancing, Sports, Writing, Lecture, Painting etc.

Career ke opportunities milte nai h, bnaye jaate hai…

Kuch baatein important hoti hai Start-up ke liye-
1. Ek different Idea jo kuch time baad jyada useful ho, means just future ke liye useful ho.
Kyunki kisi bhi Idea ko implement hone me thora time lgta hai, logon ko smjhne me time lgta hai.

Jaise aap examples dekh skte ho, Reliance, Motorola, OLA, etc
Ye sirf kuch wo companies hai, jinhone kuch naya ya unexpected ideas laaye market me jisse users ko iski jrurt hui.
Ab inke bare me aap thora padh skte ho yaa fir aapko pata hi hoga.

 2. Ek background support hona chahiye hmesha, like Family se financial support, ya Khud ki savings but agr ye sb nai h, to fir meri trh ek Job krlo, jisse ek base milegi aapko, taaki aap seekh sako aur implement kr sako.
Early stage me job krne se bahot ideas milti hain, kyunki apne startups me aapko bhi employees rkhne  honge, to us cheez ke liye prepared raho ki kaise hota hai.

Aur bahot saari cheezein hai, like Team work, plan execution, Leadership qualities, Representation, aur sbse important Confidence.

Aur Jab lage ki aap prepared ho, Its Show-time, then Go for the it, Dude.
Because You are the best version of Yourself.

Koi 9-5 ki job se kitna khush ho skta hai, Sb agr Job hi krenge to use create kon krega.

Skills vs. Marks

A serious talk about ur child’s future!!

When we go to our relatives’ or friend’s house, we ask their children about their studies and then, Son, howz ur result- 80% or 90%, U topped the class or not?

But, wait!! Did we ever ask them, What are ur skills, what stuffs can you do better, or What are u learning in ur school?

No, we never ask them in this way!! Did u ever think of it,Why? Ok, I’ll tell u.

Our society is not a Male-dominating society anymore, bt now it is a Marks-dominating society….

Only Marks matter,as If u got good marks, then u are brilliant, bt if u failed or having not so good marks, then u r a loser….wtf??

But, we don’t know that, Marks is only a single factor of deciding a person’s efficiency….there are lots of such factors like their Thinking, perception, lifestyle, and the most important- The Skills …

I consider Skills as the most important factor because,

If anyone has Skill, he/she doesn’t need any certificate to be successful, its only about his/her efforts to be successful….

Bt, if anyone has good marks, then besides this, He/she also need some skills for being successful….

Without skills, Marks are nothing, but only to show that u were a good student at ur academics….

I’m not telling that, good marks are not necessary, bt It only shows ur efficiency as a student, nothing much!!

Skills can be anything, Swimming, Writing poems, Singing, Dancing, Playing sports, Gaming, yeah; Gaming is also a very good skill and has a lot of future scope…

So, Be Focused on ur results as well as developing skills i.e., Learning and Please, try to ask Children about their skills and learnings from next meetings…

And, also motivate them to do so…

So, Let them be a learner rather than a scorer.
